Finding Her

Takes place after Kris leaves and Matt yells at his mom for selling all of the horses and kicking Kris out. I do not own the show or the characters or anything.

Matt runs in the house and calls Junior.
"Junior"! Matt said in a panic. "What", Junior asked annoyed. Ever since Matt stole Kris from him he really was not a big fan of Matt. "My mom kicked Kris out of Raintree for entering Wildfire in the match race and she left a few hours ago with out her cell phone and I dont know where she went, I am really worried about her and I wandered if maybe she was there with you" . The whole time he was going out with Kris he always got the feeling that she still was in love with Junior and he knew that Junior still loved Kris. "No I haven't seen her since the match race" Junior said now sounding worried. "Ok" Matt answered disappointed, He hated the idea of Kris running to Junior when he was going out with her but at least she would be safe if she was there. Matt hung up the phone. He sat there thinking about where she could be for about 20 min. Just then Junior came running in the door out of breath. " I got a hold of Kris's brother and she is with him in Oakland." he said. Matt had not even thought of calling her brother . " Come on I'll drive you there" Junior said interrupting Matt's thoughts.
When finally they reached the apartment complex that Jace lived in. They both got out and walked to the door and knocked.
Kris came to the door. "What are you two doing here " She asked. " We came looking for you and to take you home. " Matt answered. " What about Jean "? Kris continued to ask questions and Matt continued to answer. Junior stood in the corner. Finally he convinced her to come home with them. Junior droped them off at Raintree and headed back to Davis farms. Matt and Kris went in the bunk house with out any one seeing Kris. She would explain in the morning but not now. They laid down and Kris soon fell asleep. Matt stayed up thinking for a while.
The next morning it was raining out side and Kris woke up to Matt setting up and staring out the window. " Whats wrong " she asked " You know you talk in your sleep " Matt answered still not looking at her. " Yea sorry " Kris answered. " I don't think I can see you anymore " He said still not looking at her. " Why because I talk in my sleep. Is what I said really that bad. Did I say I hated you or something '' She asked setting up in the bed beside Matt. Matt finally looked at her. " No. You said I love you " Matt answered. " Ok now I am confused. I thought that was a good thing. " she answered. " You said I love you Junior " Matt said looking at her. " Witch wasn't really a surprise " . " I know you love Junior and you know you love Junior and we both know Junior loves you. So go be with Junior. " Matt answered. " I guess I haven't really been honest with any one lately you, Junior, Jean, Gillian, or even my self. " Kris answered. " Well tell you the truth I don't think I am really over Gillian either " Matt confessed " Can we still be friends " Kris asked " May be, probably" Matt answered. " Now go to Junior" he added. Kris got up with out even changing out of her care bear pajamas pants and white tank top. She grabbed a coat and put on a pair of flip flops headed for the door. " I just hope he takes me back " she said. " All I think will " Matt answered. Kris walked outside. The rain had slowed way down and had almost stopped. Kris ran over to Davis farms and knocked on the door when Junior answered. Back at Raintree Matt pulled out his cell phone and dialled Gillian's number. Junior had told him in the car the day before that she flew back to Kentucky right after the match race for good this time but Matt was hoping that he could change that.
